Your products will be examined from raw materials to final products by the following five (5) quality control and assurance procedures.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

IQC refers to the quality control of the raw materials and accessories that enter the factory before production.

Cutting Department Quality Control (CDQC)

CDQC refers to the control of classifications, defects, and color matching of cutting materials before production.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

IPQC refers to the on-line inspection of products to ensure the quality specification and conformity during production.

Finished Products Quality Control (FQC)

FQC refers to the finished products inspection before packaging. We will measure the construction, inspect the appearance, and test the performance of the finished products to ensure the products meet the client's specification before packaging.

Acceptable Quality Limit Control (AQLC)

AQLC refers to the international recognized acceptable quality level ratio for the products. AQLC is our last quality control procedure before delivering the products to our clients. Our AQL team will perform a random sampling inspection according to the AQL standard before the finished products entering the finished products warehouse.
